Cake Truffles and Chocolate Truffles and Cake Pops!!! Oh my they all just sound so good!
So I am starting off my baking obsession for the new year with learning how to make Cake Pops and Truffles! Can you say yum a thousand ways because that is pretty much what Cake Truffles equal :)

Found this video on youtube. It's very informative even though the girl who made it is like 13 and slightly creepy but still a good starter info video.
Also this video was super helpful I love Cooking With April anyway so this was an obvious choice. But the even more awesomeness is that she is doing a mock Starbucks Cake Pop!!! I also like the tip she gives you about using soft butter instead of frosting.

So the sad news :( I could not find any neat YouTube videos on How To Make Square Cake Truffles.
I did find some helpful tips on how to make Square Cake Truffles at Beantown Baker so I guess making Square Cake Truffles will be my first project :D
